If you’ve had a technical problem it would be helpful to know which URL (page) you had a problem with, which browser you’re using and exactly what happened (or what you expected that didn’t happen).

We’ve tested the site extensively with Safari (Mac & PC), Firefox (Mac & PC), Camino (Mac), Chrome (PC), Lynx (Unix) and Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8 (PC) so it should work. The site works in IE6 but layout is not perfect. If you’re using IE6 and have a choice, please do yourself a favour and change to version 7 or Firefox, Chrome, etc.
