Pura Aventura is based in the heart of Brighton's bustling North Laine area.
If you would like to visit us, you are most welcome but please do not expect luxurious premises!
The main entrance to the office is on Jew Street (green door) which runs parallel to Bond Street.

Holidays not including air travel are covered by our membership of the Travel Trust Association. These two memberships cover all Pura Aventura holidays fully according to European Travel Regulations.
In short, in the extremely unlikely event that something were to happen to Pura Aventura prior to your departure you would receive a full refund. Pura Aventura pays for almost all of the services for your holiday prior to your departure. If anything happened to us while you were on holiday then you would continue as planned.
