Day 1 | Aigües Tortes | Choice of water based activity
Your Pura Aventura guide collects you from Barcelona.
Drive up to the Pyrenees.
Start your week with an energetic river kayak or canyoning excursion.
Stay in a family run hotel. (b,d)
Day 2 | Aigües Tortes | Walk in the mountains
Aigües Tortes is Spain’s oldest and probably most famous National Park. Walk up to a high pass for stunning views.
Walk 13km, 5hrs, up 690m, down 690m.

Day 3 | Aigües Tortes | White-water rafting
Spend all day running 52km of grade III and IV rapids through beautiful scenery. (b,l,d)
Day 4 | Aigües Tortes | Walk in a valley
This morning you relax and enjoy a lie in. Afternoon walk along a beautiful forested valley.
Walk 13km, 3hrs, up 350m, down 350m. (b,d)
Day 5 | Seu d'Urgell | Relax and explore Seu
Drive 2 hours east into the Catalan speaking area of the mountains.
Explore the medieval town of Seu. (b)
Day 6 | Seu d'Urgell | Ride bikes or walk near Seu
Seu has a network of mountain bike trails covering over 100km. Pick a route today with your guide and hop on bikes to explore this beautiful valley on two wheels. (b)
Day 7 | Seu d'Urgell | Walk in the Sierra del Cadí
Enjoy a day of walking in the stunning limestone hills of the Sierra del Cadí. Ccrossing a high meadow to the face of the mountains.
Walk 12km, 4hrs, up 350m, down 350m. (b)

Return to Barcelona this morning. (b)
