Paco's house is for sale!
I love the simplicity of the technique. Want to sell your house? Just buy a pot of black paint and write away. The message translates as:
“For sale. 24,000 euros. Ask for Paco” what you can’t see is that there is also a big black arrow pointing to the tiny doorbell.
It later transpired that Paco and his brother are having a fight. The brother doesn’t want to sell, Paco does. On this basis it would appear that your 24k will get you half a house.
Nobody seemed quite sure how they would manage this particular trick!
