"We had the most amazing holiday so thank you very much for your organisation of it. The trip into the jungle was just awesome and the lodge brilliant so thank you for recommending that to us. Cusco was amazing too and words can't really describe the Inca trail. It was hard but absolutely incredible - the scenery and the history - and when we finally arrived at Macchu Picchu I was quite overwhelmed by the sense of achievement as well as the beauty of the place. From there we had our chill out in Brazil which was a totally different experience but equally good. Rio was beautiful and Buzios certainly was a very special place indeed. I don't think I've ever been to such fabulous beach resort with a perfect mix of beaches and shops and the boutique hotel was in the most perfect spot. Our view at breakfast was one I'll never forget. All of your organisation of transfers and hotels and the directions you gave us worked to perfection and I really can find no fault with anything at all. The one thing that I thought was exceptional was the quality of the guides we had in each place. They were incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and tailored the tours to our individual needs. In Rio for example the guide added in the carnival street and museum to appeal to my 14 year old daughter and he took us to the Cathedral as well as recommending a really good restaurant to go to. The Inca Trail guide and porters really made our trip special. There were only 5 of us in the group and so that was really good and we heard so many stories from others who had done the trail and been really ill that we were thankful for the extra care taken by our cook over food hygiene etc. One night it started raining torrentially at 3am and the porters got up and dug trenches round our tents to prevent the water coming in and wetting us. This extra care was very much appreciated. I would like to thank you very much indeed for what has been the most memorable holiday. I have already recommended you to a number of people who have expressed interest particularly in the Inca Trail. I would certainly advocate the 4 day approach you take for that. You may be interested to know that my daughter and I raised £1,300 for a local children's charity for doing the Inca Trail. I can't thank you enough and hope to come back to you at some stage to book another adventure holiday."

"Quite simply, it was the most outstanding experience of our lives, made all the more so by the extraordinary efficiency and attention to detail that Pura had organised. Everything was perfect – and I mean perfect. On the survey form we gave 100% for everything – and we never do that !!!!! From the detailed notes we received in advance to the magnificent tour guides (Gaby and her husband Pepe were just unbelievable) through to the supreme way you stagger the trail trek to avoid the crowds (we have the trail to ourselves for a full 3 days seeing no more than 10 other people), we were blown away. The “extra” bits on the trip (seeing Pisac market, a guided tour of Cuzco, lots of Inca villages and ruins) were a complete surprise and were magnificent. The accommodation was superb, the tents and trekking equipment excellent, the food at all times staggeringly good, attitude of everyone was a joy to behold. I cannot fully express into words just what a jewel of a trip you have."
