Just for your notes for the Samba, they have updated all their snorkelling gear so no need to buy beforehand plus they no longer charge for wet suits which is a bonus given how cold the water can get. For Sacha lodge, they now have a dry box in each room which keeps all your electrical equipment working in the humidity which would be good to know before leaving as that was one of the things we worried about."

The Alta was great too and we really enjoyed the snorkelling. The low point was cloud forest but only because everything else had been so amazing!!!
