Visit the Guggenheim before travelling to La Rioja. Stop at the Mirador de Tolono for views of the entire region. Tonight you have a special tasting dinner in a first rate restaurant where each course is matched with its own wine.

Walk and taste wines

Visit the central market of Logrono. This afternoon walk to the Penas de Islallana, a series of red cliffs home to dozens of eagles. This evening taste wines with a leading winemaker.

Visit a wine museum

Walk a pretty route through vineyards towards the castle at Davalillo. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the castle.
This afternoon visit the fascinating wine museum at ‘Dinastía Vivanco’. Fly home this evening.
