Eclipse is one of the best luxury cruise options in the Galapagos with a fantastic itinerary, stable in the water, great guide/passenger ratio and all for just 48 passengers.

They rarely offer any sort of discount, let alone something as signifcant as us$1,000 off per person so this is a good one to look at.
